Avery Vista Apartments
14 Cecil Ave Cannington WA
Client: Abundance Australia Investments Pty Ltd
Architect: Rechitect Architects
The project was awarded via a tender process that included approximately 6 tenderers and Prostruct was successful securing the project as a result of some significant value engineering to achieve the project budget. As the project progressed the relationship between Prostruct, the client and the architect developed to the point that the project is now operating more like an open book project with all stakeholders working collaboratively towards the same end result.
The project itself is a 9 storey mixed use apartment project inclusive of multi-level carparking, 8 commercial tenancies and 53 apartments on a tight site located on the busy Cecil Ave opposite the Carousel Shopping centre in Cannington. The project commenced in mid-2019 and is due for completion in February 2021 despite having been delayed by a 6 month major road works project on Cecil avenue carried out during the early stages of the project that restricted site access to purely the laneway at the rear of the site that caused Prostruct to have to make significant changes to the program sequencing and to have to redirect all material delivery to the rear of the site only.
Factory Warehouse, two storey office complex development, including hardstand, parking, landscaping, and security fencing.
The Cookernup Regional Train Station was a project for the Australind Train on the Bunbury Line. It included a new raised platform to provide Disabled Access along with parking, a shelter and all necessary associated works.
